Patricia Soforic, M.Ed., Certified Reading Specialist, provides elementary, middle and high school students with customized, one-to-one reading assessment and tutoring. Live, online sessions are also now available. The mission of Latrobe Reading Center is to partner with students, their parents and teachers, and the community at large to develop motivated, strategic and competent readers, writers, and learners.

Reading is the gateway skill that facilitates learning. Difficulties with reading can affect student performance in a range of subjects across all grade levels.  Patricia Soforic provides expert, research-based reading interventions to build a strong foundation in reading and writing that allows students to succeed in school and beyond.
